Time for payments to providers while being audited
D Lohr made this Official Information request to Accident Compensation Corporation
The request was refused by Accident Compensation Corporation.
From: D Lohr
Dear Accident Compensation Corporation,
Thank you for your prior response regarding average payment times for treatment providers. My next questions are:
1. By comparison to average payment times of treatment providers, what is the average time to receive payment for a provider who is being "audited" by ACC?
2. By comparison to average payment times of providers, what is the average time to receive payment for a treatment provider who is being "investigated" by ACC?
3. If payments are delayed, or even withheld, for how long should the average treatment provider, being "audited," or "investigated" expect the delay of payment to continue, on average?
Yours faithfully,
D Lohr
