Copies of all information held about the Royal Commission into Genetic
Modification which was established in 2000. This includes all information
transferred by DIA, and any other government agency, to Archives. The
information covers the period 1 January 2000 to 16 April 2000.

 

Access to the public archives held by Archives New Zealand is administered
through the Public Records Act 2005. I am therefore refusing your request
under section 18(d) of the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) as the
information is publicly available.
