I refer to your request for official information under the Local
Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, below.
What percentage of Council employees are paid at or over the
midpoint/median of the salary range for their particular role?
18.6% of staff are paid at or over the midpoint/median of the salary range
for their particular role. Note: The information provided is only for
those staff that are in roles that have a salary range.
What percentage of those Council employees paid at or over their set
midpoint/median identify as female?
Under Section 17 of the Local Government Official Information and
Meetings Act 1987 this information will not be provided as we do not hold
this information. We do not ask staff to specify what gender they identify
with.
