From: Shanna Reeder

Dear Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment,

Our union represents 400 Hotel Workers, most of which are currently working at MIQ facilities.

We wish to be provided with:

-A list of hotels MBIE has had discussions with regarding paying a Living Wage to workers.

-Any and all information including meeting minutes and emails where the Living Wage is discussed.

-Does the Ministry intend to make the payment of a Living Wage a compulsory condition of all future supplier contracts for Managed Isolation Facilities, and if so, from what date?

Yours faithfully,
