Dear K H Ross,
I refer to your request of 13 January 2021, for information concerning
MOU/MOAs between the University of Auckland and universities in the
People’s Republic of China. With one exception, the MOUs requested are
provided in the attached zip files, and the names of the PRC universities
are listed in the relevant file names. The zip files will be sent over two
emails due to large file size.
The University’s MoU with one university in the People’s Republic of China
is withheld under section 9(2)(ba)(ii) of the Official Information Act
1982, to protect information subject to an obligation of confidence.
You have the right to make a complaint to an Ombudsman if you are
dissatisfied with this response.
