This is an official request for information pursuant to the Act.
1. Please provide any and all details of MoH and/or NZ government investigation, including dates and frequency of assessment, into treatment and/or mitigation of Covid19. Such treatments/mitigations may include the following examples:
(a) Hydroxychloroquine (also known as HCQ)
(b) Hydroxychloroquine in conjunction with zinc
(b) Ivermectin
(c) Vitamin D
(d) REGN-COV2
(e) LY-CoV555 (antibody)
(f) LY-CoV016 (antibody)
(g) Remdesivir
2. If there are no details pursuant to the above, why is this the case? Please provide a comprehensive response including logical and evidence supporting any such decisions to not undertake assessments as applicable.
3. If the MoH is not the correct governmental agency to provide responses to the above, please outline which agency/agencies would be responsible.

vaccine producers and/or suppliers in respect of Covid19 vaccines
1. Please provide any and all cost data, whether in part or aggregate,
relating to the securing, support, funding, purchase of Covid19 vaccine,
or any other type of payment made to or financial agreement agreed with
vaccine producers and/or developers and/or suppliers in the context of
Covid19.
2. Please confirm Ministry of Health policy is in relation to the public
provision of this and related cost data following the conclusion of those
commercial agreements.

Dear OIA Requests,
It is an abuse of process to wait until the final day you are required to respond by only to refuse the request on the grounds that the MoH does not hold this information.
I acknowledge that you have suggested who might have this information but remain disappointed with your delayed response almost two months following the request. Just because you can legally string this process out in this way does not mean you should.
