Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,
Could you please (1) provide me with a copy of the Traffic Management Plan in relation to the 80KPH Temporary Speed Limit set on State Highway 2, (also known as River Road, Upper Hutt). The Temporary Speed Limit is set for approximately 800m in the South bound lane in the area of the intersection of State Highway 2 and Whakatiki Street, Upper Hutt.
The Traffic Management Plan is as described in:
Land Transport Rule: Setting of Speed Limits 2003
5.1(3) A temporary speed limit is set by installing signs in
accordance with a traffic management plan approved in
writing by the road controlling authority.
(2) Could you please (if available) provide a copy of the plan of this speed limit area showing measurements of the area, distances to signs, total length of the temporary speed limit, distance between signs and the Whakatiki Street intersection and road widths.
