    Dear Jacinda Ardern,
I applaud your direction and speed of response following the Christchurch terror event last year.
I believe that a proper record should be available as a blueprint for other leaders of New Zealand, if not the world.
So, under the Official Information Act I seek the following information: Please kindly provide the complete accounting of, and all contents of, all correspondence, meetings, phone conversations, memos etc to and from yourself, or your office between the dates of 14 March 2019 to 11 April 2019.
Yours faithfully,

Thank you for your request made under the Official Information Act 1982,
copied below. I am writing to you on behalf of the Office of the Prime
 Minister (PMO). You requested:

"...Please kindly provide the complete accounting of, and all contents of,
all correspondence, meetings, phone conversations, memos etc to and from
yourself, or your office between the dates of 14 March 2019 to 11 April
 2019."

On review, particularly given the heightened activity in their office
during the timeframe specified in your request, PMO have advised the
information you requested would likely be refused under section 18(f) of
the Act, as it would require substantial collation or research to provide.

To enable PMO to respond more fully to your request, you may wish to
refine your request to specific information relating to the response to
the Christchurch mosque attacks. For example, you noted the changes to
Firearms Laws in your request to the office.

In addition to this, I note your request seeks an accounting of meetings
and phone conversations. PMO have advised information relating to the
Prime Minister’s meetings and scheduled phone conversations are published
in the monthly proactive releases of the Prime Minister’s diary, which is
publicly available at the following address:
 [1]https://www.beehive.govt.nz/search?f%5B0...

Would be grateful if you could please respond regarding a refinement of
your request by 30 October 2020.

    Dear Jacinda Ardern,
I am [name removed by FYI admin]. The person that originally posted this did so without my consent or permission.
I have now taken control of the log in credentials.
[name removed by FYI admin] [email address] (can also provide mobile if needed) logged in as me using his newly acquired work resource (my old phone) that still somehow allowed him to use my credentials after I had left the company to send emails and created an account in my name using my old work email address and requested this information.
Knowing that I was not employed there any more and figuring I would never find out, [name removed by FYI admin] based in Hamilton, at 6.18 am 13/10/20 asked Jacinda Ardern's office for the information above.
I have no interest in this information and would never ask for this information. Please remove my name and and information from this request.
If Robert broke the law in doing what he did then I leave it up to the authorities to follow up with him on that.
Regards,
