Can you please tell us how many individuals were employed in Tutor, Senior Tutor, and equivalent teaching support staff roles in each trimester since Trimester 1 2015? For clarity, equivalent teaching support staff roles are Sessional Assistants, Laboratory Demonstrators, Teaching Assistants, and Graduate Assistants.

Please provide this information in terms of both number of individuals hired, and number of FTE allocated to these individuals. Please break this information down by school and faculty, as well as giving figures for the whole university.

For clarity on the count of the number of individuals: if a person has multiple contracts we do not want them double counted. For instance, if a tutor was given three contracts in a particular trimester, one for the School of Health and two for the School of Psychology, they should be counted once in each school, once in each faculty, and once in the university total. This will mean that the total number hired by the university will not be equal to the sum of the number hired by each school or each faculty.
