Hi Tim

This OIA reply bounced back to me as it contained information (a
document), that was blocked by the Department’s secure email firewall the
NZ Govt Secure Email Service – SEEMail). I will forward a copy of the
relevant document next week and provide a one off secure access code for
you to download it
