Number of late OIA requests

Dear Ministry of Social Development,

Under the OIA I request the number of OIA request that have been late in responce during 2013.

To be clear I request:
1. Total number of OIA requests received from 1 jan 2013 unti today.
2. Total number of requests that have required a time extension.
3. Total number of requests that have been late in responce even after taking time extensions into account.
4. Total number of open requests as at today's date.
5. Any other data/facts that you feel are relevant.

Thank you for your email received 13 December 2013, under the Official Information Act 1982. Your request has been forwarded to the appropriate officials at National office to respond. You may expect a response to be sent to you as soon as possible.

Please note that the period commencing 25 December 2013 and ending 15 January 2014 does not count as 'working days' as defined in section 2 of the Official Information Act. Due to this holiday, your response would be due on 3 February 2014.
