    Dear Ministry of Social Development,
I am keen to know more about the costs of the current project to relocate MSD head office to 56 The Terrace.
I am also keen to understand if the project is on track to meet the objectives in the business case.
Under OIA I request:
1. A copy of the business case including costings.
2. A copy of requirements documents for the design or selection of the new building. (Size , number of desks to be needed, kitchens , bike storage, location )
3. A copy of Minutes / memos or other documents from the project that give a progress update.
4. Any documents showing isues or problems the project is dealing with.
5. Any other documents you feel might be relevant.
Yours faithfully,
Andrew Crow

    Dear OIA_Requests (MSD),
Further to my initial request, I have a number of follow up questions.
1. Why was my request so late in gaining responce? The law around OIA is very clear and no extension was requested.
2. In more than one place in the attached documents it states that the new building (Unisys house) will be %100 of new building standard.
Yet your overview document states an aim of %90 of new building standard. Can you clarify?
3. I do understand that gathering up many documents from the project has time and cost.
But I feel that seeing even a single project update document would be in public interest.
So I request the minutes of the most current project meeting with the DCE.
Yours sincerely,
Andrew Crow
