I noted on your website,

The Ministry of Youth Development (MYD) invites young people to be panel members across all of its funds. Young people are given support, youth development resources and information to enable them to have active roles in funding decision-making.

May I ask what "funds" you have and how many young people you have invited to be the panel member for the past 2 years. Have you call for public express of interest or what is your way of inviting young people to participate? What is the pay rate of young panel member and are they different from non-young member?
