john luke made this Official Information request to Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment

The request was successful.

From: john luke

Dear Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment,

I understand from the news
https://www.nzherald.co.nz/nz/news/artic...

"New criteria for the essential worker exemption was issued on June 12, but no requests have been approved since that date."

I would like to know since the new criteria for the essential worker exemption -"other critical worker category’ was issued on June 12, how many has applied under this other critical worker’ category and how many you have declined and how many you have approved. What is the processing time for such exemption.

Yours faithfully,

john luke
