This is a very simple request made under the Official Information Act 1982.

Which of the following three categories defines the New Zealand Security Intelligence Service?

1. New Zealand Public Service Agency

2. New Zealand State Sector Agency

3. New Zealand Health Agency

Please also provide details of why NZSIS does not fit into the above category or categories that do not define NZSIS.

If relevant, please also provide full legislative reasoning as to why NZSIS believes denying this request is reasonable within the bounds of the Official Information Act 1982.
