From: Christiana Torricelli

Dear Victoria University of Wellington,

Thank you for your help in this matter. My request asks for information about the relationship between the University and its Accommodations Service, Emergency Planning and information about how it sets the rates for self-catering accommodation.

1. What is the relationship between the University, Accommodations Service and the establish Halls of Resident framework. Is the Acoomodations Service anoficial part of the university or a sub-contracted service.

VUW - Accomodations Service - (example) Willis Street Halls - 222 Willis
What is the management and budget flow for this relationship?
Who owns the halls of residents?
Who is responsible for Maintenance?
Who is responsible for health and Safety?

Yours faithfully,
Christiana Torricelli
