1. How many Maori women currently hold positions of leadership in the state sector as;
a) Board Chairs;
b) Board Directors;
c) Chief Executive Officers;
d) Executives;
(or their equivalents within tier 1 and tier 2 leadership roles)?
2. What percentage of tier 1 and tier 2 leaders within the state sector are Māori women?
3. What are they paid compared to non-Maori women and non-Māori men counterparts?
