Thank you for your email dated 16 April 2020 requesting the following
information from Kâinga Ora – Homes and Communities, under the Official
Information Act 1982 (the Act):

 

Please supply the standard form First Home Loan agreement / MoU with
lenders.

 

Due to the current circumstances and priorities relating to the Covid-19
response, Kâinga Ora has reduced capacity and capability for processing
official information requests. This can include limits on our access to
information, documents and systems and delays in conducting necessary
consultations.

 

In regard to your request, I am extending the timeframe by 20 working
days. This extension is made in accordance with section 15A(1)(b) of the
Act as the consultations necessary to make a decision on your request are
such that, under the present circumstances, a proper response cannot
reasonably be made within the original time limit.

 

Please note that we will endeavour to provide you with a response as soon
as possible within this extended timeframe.

 

You have the right, under section 28(3) of the Act to make a complaint to
the Ombudsman about this extension.
