Dear CAMPBELL, Hannah,

I was wondering if I could get an update on this request. I recognise that COVID-19 has reduced the ability to respond to OIA requests, however this request is over a month and a half overdue now, and I can see other requests to Police that appear to have been responded to quicker on the FYI.org.nz website.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Yours sincerely,

Daniel Farrell

Hi Daniel

Thank you for your email. I have had a look into this and I can see that your response was progressed to one of the last stages of our internal review on Friday (19/06/2020). This suggests that your response should be made available to you by the end of the week at the latest.

Again, sincere apologies for the significant delay in response time. We are working hard to catch up on all outstanding Official Information Act requests through these extraordinary times.

I thank you for your patience and I will endeavour to keep you updated should I receive any new information. I have also forwarded the below email to our Ministerial Services team who arrange the review of responses with our executive team, and requested that your response be flagged as high priority.

Many thanks
Hannah
