1 - The total numbers of without notice interim parenting orders and without notice interim protection orders filed "jointly" at one time at the family court from 2010 to 2019 categorised by Gender, by year, by region.
2 - The total numbers of without notice interim parenting orders and without notice interim protection orders filed "separately" at the family court from 2010 to 2019 categorised by, application type ( parenting order or protection order), by Gender, by year, by region.

I just need to clarify part of your request with you:
o where you are seeking "jointly", we can provide without notice
applications that result in interim parenting orders that are filed on
the same date, by the same party, at the same court as without notice
applications that result in interim protection orders; and
o Where you are seeking “'separately”, we can provide without notice
applications that result in interim parenting orders that are filed on
different dates, by the same party, at the same court as without
notice applications that result in interim protection orders.
Please confirm this is the information you are seeking. Once we have
heard back we will be able to progress with your OIA request.
