How many SMC applications from a general queue (not prioritized, not work-to residency, not accreditated) have been allocated to a case officer from 25th February?
What is the lodgment date on the first SMC application (no prioritized) in the queue that waiting to be allocated to a case officer?
When is the application from July 2019 will receive a case officer?
