Statistics on redundancy numbers.

Please provide the following information for each year, 2009-current. For the current year please provide year to date figures. Include the current Music restructuring as a seperate line item.

- The number of redundancies per annum.
- The total cost of those redundancies, per annum.
- The headcount of full time equivalent staff at the end of each financial year
- The number of personal grievances lodged per annum, and the cost of defending and/or resolving them (a single total is sufficient).
- Information on every restructuring or reorganisation in the last 10 years. For each please provide: the date of the proposal for change; the reason for each change (a summary will do); and the number of redundancies proposed, the actual number made redundant, and the number of new jobs.
- The number of employee assistance counselling sessions used by staff in each year, along with the reasons for the counselling by category.
