Greetings, I have a request that sounds simplistic in nature, one never gives it much thought yet I am not having any luck finding the answer on the internet.
Can you please inform me which superior authority requires one to apply for a license to perform certain activities?
Licenses are compulsory, manditory or voluntary?
My understanding is these licensed activities are lawful and legal...
