Dear Ministry of Justice,
Greetings, I have a request that sounds simplistic in nature, one never gives it much thought yet I am not having any luck finding the answer on the internet.
Can you please inform me which superior authority requires one to apply for a license to perform certain activities?
Licenses are compulsory, manditory or voluntary?
My understanding is these licensed activities are lawful and legal...
Thanks for your time

you please specify if you’re requesting information regarding one of the
o Private Security Personnel Licensing Authority
o Alcohol Regulatory & Licencing Authority
