Dear Ministry of Health,

According to the Waikato District Health Board Minutes from the Board Meting on 27 March 2019, the interim CE (or acting CE) was Mr D Wright. According to a Stuff article dated 24 April 2019, Mr Wright was the CE until 27 April 2019, and as of 27 April 2019, Mr Neville Hablous would be taking over as acting CE of Waikato DHB.

Request 1:
I respectfully request the dates between 01 March 2019 and 26 April 2019, in which Mr Hablous was acting CE of Waikato DHB.

Request 2:
Please provide the correspondence from the appropriate authority (e.g., Mr Wright or the Board/Commissioner) which designated Mr Hablous as acting CE of Waikato DHB for each of the dates he was acting CE between 01 March 2019 and 26 April 2019.

Please note, my initial request was to the Waikato DHB, and despite this information being of the public interest and supposed to be on public record, Waikato DHB refused my request.

In your response, you mentioned that it was the Chairs of the DHB who have this information. It appears I may not have made my self clear in my previous correspondence. I have not previously made my request to the Chairs of Waikato DHB, whom you have stated hold this information.
