Public safety risk

gerard byrne made this Official Information request to New Zealand Transport Agency

The request was refused by New Zealand Transport Agency.

From: gerard byrne

Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,

what systems have you put in place to protect the public from your employee from the northland branch who threatens suppliers with removal of contracts and who spies on his neighbors making false statements in court hearings using NZTA approved equipment and NZTA lawyers and taxpayers money?

Yours faithfully,

gerard byrne

Dear Official Correspondence,

you are a PBU and as a consequence by law your health and safety manager must update the risk register to be made available to the public upon request.
because of this judgement against your regime,

https://www.employmentcourt.govt.nz/asse...

your health and safety officer should have updated this, to show the clear and evident danger the public and suppliers employees are from this man.

your employee threatened suppliers with contracts, threatened his neighbours with violence, with several police complaints lodged against him, spied on my family and multiple neighbours using nzta approved equipment, used nzta lawyers to pursue a vexatious personal vendetta against my wife, lied under oath in court, and made many defamatory statements to nzta which you just believed, broke health and safety laws and is also heavily involved in the waikato expressway fiasco.
i wont tie up the ombudsman with this but i will be complaining to your ministers and taking this to health and safety agencies

Yours sincerely,

gerard byrne
