Nzta employee breaching court order

gerard byrne made this Official Information request to New Zealand Transport Agency

The request was refused by New Zealand Transport Agency.

From: gerard byrne

Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,

can you please provide the gps printout for your employees vehicle that was repeatedly driving on ranui rd, Karetu on the night of 13/14 jan,2019.
This employee of yours is under a court order not to travel more than 50kph past my property because of health and safety reasons. It seems like his speed has once again crept up to a dangerous level. There are children and animals that walk this road at all hours.

Yours faithfully,

gerard byrne

Its strange you dont know as this employee is acting under orders from your regime to
"gather evidence" as stated in empc Byrne Vs NZTA where two of your employees tried to ruin a proffessional womans career.

He is using a camera approved by your regime and also a vehicle supplied by you for his work as a spy.
here is the judges decision in case you didnt read it.
