Thank you for your request for information on 7E Tyburnia Ave (our ref DOIA 1920-1103).

Your request currently covers all information relating to the claim, which is a significant number of documents. As such, I'd like to suggest limiting the scope of your request, to ensure we can be of the most help, as quickly as possible.

Many people find that the most useful information about a claim is the Assessor's Report, which details the damage caused by weathertightness issues, including photographs. With this in mind, would you be happy to limit the scope of your request to a copy of the Assessor's Report for 7E Tyburnia Ave, along with brief details about the claim? The brief details would cover information such as when the claim was received, when it was closed, and why it was closed.

This would enable us to provide you with a response by Wednesday next week, in line with the timeframe of the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA). If after receiving our response, you would like to request further information, you are still able to do so.
