Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,
can you please provide all video footage and all gps readouts for Vehicle
registration numbers:
KCC368
GMM753
on Ranui road, Karetu, driven by a NZTA employee from March 2017 to
January 2019. I would only like the coverage of this road.
i know the vehicles were not owned by nzta, but the dash cams were owned and paid for by nzta as stated by your ex employee in a court sworn affidavit, and who also has possession of these video dash cam recordings.
These dash cam recordings contain multiple images of my family including my son from as young as 4yrs old on our own property as your employee filmed us as he drove past twice daily.

how can you claim legal professional privilege when the videos are of my family and you own them as you paid for the cameras, and you released them to a third party.
your obfuscation of the oia and privacy commission is disgusting,as is your relentless vexatious pursuit of ruining my wifes career.

So you lied on this.
When the ombudsman investigated you said you had one image of me , but still would not hand it over. why didnt you just say that to start with instead of wasting the ombudsman's time?
i wonder what other stuff your creepy employee, the senior project manager systems in northland has on me, my wife, my son and other neighbours kids.

this request is being investigated by the privacy commission, and i am awaiting their findings.
during an appeal hearing in the whangarei district court on 5th november 2019, Byrne Vs nzta, a nzta employee admitted under oath he was spying on my wife and family.
