I refer to your Official Information Act request dated 13 December 2019 where you requested information regarding estimated hospital floor space from Hawke’s Bay District Health Board (HBDHB).

Under the Official Information Act 1982, we have 20 working days from receipt of your request to respond. Therefore we anticipate a response back to you by 3 February 2020. Please note, the three weeks between Christmas Day and 15 January the following year don't count as working days.

If we are unable to respond to your request by then, we will notify you of an extension of that timeframe. If any additional factors come to light which are relevant to your request, please do not hesitate to contact us so that these can be taken into account.
