I would like to request a list of vacancy (ministerial appointment only, e.g. board member, Lay member, Trustee etc) that the nomination period has been closed but still under consideration by the Minister or Department. In your list, can you please included the date that vacancy been advertised and when the vacancy been closed as well.
Also, I would like to know if you have any future opening in 2020. e.g. the position that will call for nomination in the year of 2020.

information and may be refused under section 18(f) of the Official
Information Act 1982, because the information requested cannot be made
available without substantial collation or research. If it is possible
for you to narrow the scope of your request either by selecting a shorter
time frame and/or specifying a topic, we may be able to provide you with
information.
It has been proposed to further of your request to the below. This in turn
may provide you with information you seek.
"Proposed OIA: I would like to request a list of vacancies for Ministerial
appointments under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003
that were publicly advertised in 2019, that the application period has
been closed but still under consideration by the Minister of Health, Hon
Dr David Clark. In your list, can you please included the date that
vacancy been advertised and when the vacancy been closed as well. Also, I
would like to know if the Ministry of Health has any future opening in
2020 under the aforementioned Acts. e.g. the position that will be
publicly advertised in the year of 2020."
