On 31 October 2019 you emailed the Ministry of Social Development (the
Ministry) requesting, under the Official Information Act 1982, the
following information:

 

·         Your minister has asked that your staff ensure that people
receive their full benefit entitlements.

 

·         Please provide a copy of any significant internal papers or
ministerial advice, on the implementation of this request.

 

 

 

The Ministry has decided to grant your request. However, it will take some
time to prepare the information for release. The information will be sent
to you by 21 February 2020.
