Thank you for your  email of 23 September 2019 requesting the following
information under the Official Information Act 1982:

 

I would like to request a copy of all of the information as communicated
between NZTA and Chris Bishop on the subject of the Melling Interchange
project.

 

When locating the information for your request, it has been found that a
large number of documents across the last three to four years will fall
within scope. To ensure the NZ Transport Agency are only providing
information that you may find relevant to your request, we would like to
invite you to clarify the timeframe of the information you are looking
for.

 

Once received, the Transport Agency will endeavour to have the information
