Dear Ministry of Education,
Please can you supply the following statistical data information under the [Official Information Act (OIA) / Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act (LGOIMA)]:
1. How many teacher aide support applications have been made by all Taupo Primary Schools in the past 2 years?
1a. Please can you specify the amount of applications made by each school?
2. How many teacher aide support applications have been refused?
3. What reasons for refusals were given?
If you need any more information from me please let me know as soon as possible.
I understand that a decision on a request for information under the [OIA/LGOIMA] should be made within 20 working days of receiving that request.
I am researching Taupo’s schools care and responsibility in regards to children on the spectrum. With the details supplied by your department i will be able to make a better judgement as to what school my child should attend.
Yours faithfully,
E. Cook

Dear Enquiries National,
Thank you so much for replying to me. I’m sorry i have been unable to respond. The past week i have been sick. The email address attached for me to contact didn’t work. I’m not very good at talking to people on the telephone and would have preferred to email him had the email address been supplied clearly.
Again i apologise for not being in contact. Hopefully when i feel more up to it i can specify my request.
Yours sincerely,
Emma Cook
