Dear Auckland Transport,
What statistically significant differences in vehicle flow rates and travel times have been measured on Devonport Peninsula's Lake Road, using controls?
What case studies have been done with comparable roads, such as but not limited to Whangaparoa and/or Onewa Roads? Please could you provide such studies?
