With reference to question 11 Work Capacity Medical Certificate

1/ The question 'covered by ACC', please elaborate if this means if impairment is been funded by the ACC or would also include 'should be funded' by the ACC

2/ What support is there currently for those in Medico legal disputes with the ACC, that the usual Work and Income client would not be entitled to
