I am after information on any and all active reintegration/ reentry
programs available to offenders pre- and post-release. This may contain
alcohol and drug programs, educational and vocational programs,
employability programs, mental health and relationship/family programs, or
any other program or initiative that aids in an offender’s reintegration
back to society after release.

 

I would also like to request any material (briefs, summaries, documents,
reports, etc.) that has evaluated or reviewed any active or inactive
reintegrative program(s) or initiative(s), including recidivism figures
for each. I would like this information broken down by

 

(a)        program/initiative type

(b)        length of program/ initiative

(c)        intensity level

(d)        participant size

 

I am also after information for all calendar years since 2004 on how many
prisoners have been released in total due to:

(a)        The completion of their sentence (categorized by sentence type)

(b)        Early release due to parole

(c)        Release on conditions
