Dear Department of Corrections,

I would like to request the following information

For each calendar year since 2000 how many prisoners held on remand were
(1) Discharged without conviction
(2) Not convicted for any other reason
(3) Convicted and received a community based sentence
(4) Convicted and were sentenced to a period of incarceration
(5) Convicted and were sentenced to a period of incarceration but released due to time served on remand
(5a) For those who were released due to time served on remand, how many served a time longer than their imposed sentence, and what was the average time that was served by offenders in excess of their imposed sentence.

Please provide this information broken down by Race/Ethnicity, Sex/Gender as well as by Offence Category.
