Dear Accident Compensation Corporation,
Under the Official Information Act, I would like to request information on ACC claims within the 2017/18 and 2018/19 financial years:
1. The total amount ACC paid for treatment costs.
1a. The amount ACC paid for each of acupuncture, chiropractic, osteopathy, and physiotherapy services.
2. The total number of ACC claims.
2a. The total number of ACC claims that involved each of acupuncture, chiropractic, osteopathy, and physiotherapy services.
Please provide separate figures for each of the treatment types, rather than a combined figure. Please also provide the data in a copy-pastable format (not an image).
Please make this information be comparable with the information provided in previous years, such as in these responses:

I see the costs they've specified are excluding GST, though it's not clear to me why this is the case. Does ACC not pay GST when they pay for these services?
