Dear New Zealand Defence Force,

I have received the reply for my OIA request (ref OIA 2019 3583) today, I would like to understand more about meaning of standby reserve, can you please give me some example of role with in standby reserve and who sort of specialise skills you are required from the standby reserve. What is different between reserve and standby reserve, in particular their training and remuneration.

Further, May I have all the current roles (standby reserve) available within NZ army, NZ air force and NZ navy, and their job description if there is one.
