Dear Victoria University of Wellington,
I wish to make an OIA request for information, which is as follows:
All correspondence received by the Office of the Chancellor and/or Vice Chancellors from Chinese embassy and/consular officials, or their representatives, within the last 45 days which address the protests in Hong Kong and related university events, as well as memos and other written records of any verbal or other representations on the matter

I am writing to acknowledge receipt of your official information request dated 31 July 2019.
We received your request on the 31st of July. We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and in any event no later than the 28th of August, being 20 working days after the day your request was received.
