Does GCSB receive funding from the NSA?

Dear Government Communications Security Bureau,

Today it was leaked that the UK's GCHQ had been receiving funding from the US NSA ("NSA pays £100m in secret funding for GCHQ", Guardian, 1 August 2013). I would like to request the following information under the OIA:

* Does the GCSB receive any funding from the NSA? If so, I'd like to know how much per year for the last five years, and what it was expected to be spent on.

I would prefer to receive an electronic response. Queries about this request will be automatically forwarded to me by the fyi.org.nz website.

With regards to s12 of the OIA, I am an NZ citizen and in NZ.
