Dear Upper Hutt City Council,

Please make public the two reports for tree cutting on McCleod Street for June 2019, available. They are a) the Internal UHCC report b) from TreeScape ltd.

Clearly they are due to be cut down from the 17th June so any delay would be a lack of natural justice to answer the questions raised from any report.
