Reach Media is not a related company of New Zealand Post Limited (as defined in section 2(1A)of the Official Information Act), as New Zealand Post does not directly or indirectly own, or control the exercise of, all the voting rights attaching to the issued shares of Reach Media.
On this basis, Reach Media is not subject to the Official Information Act and is not required to disclose the information you have requested below. We cannot provide the approximate volumetric amount of product delivered by Reach Media in a typical month (as you have requested) as New Zealand Post does not hold this information on its own account. As such, we are refusing the request under section 18(e) of the Official Information Act.
