Subject: Official Information Act request - Gallery Bookings

Dear Parliamentary Service,

Recently I attended sitting time in the house. I was informed a
private tour had booked out the public gallery and had to wait some
time before being allowed in. I acknowledge Parliamentary Service
is not subject to the OIA so i appreciate your time. My question is
how often in the previous year has tour groups booked out the
gallery and how often are members of the public made to wait.
