We are working on gathering the information and providing a response to
 you, however wish to note that the recent events surrounding COVID-19 have
 had a significant impact on the operations of the University, and that
 despite best endeavours we will not be able to provide a response to you
 by the due date of 15 April 2020.
 
I would like to note that we require an extension of time to provide a
 response. I will endeavour to provide a response as soon as reasonably
 practicable, but no later than 27 April, an extension of an additional 7
 working days.
