Dear Ministry of Transport,
Would you please provide me with any and all submissions made to the Civil Aviation Act 1990 and Airport Authorities Act 1966 review that refer to the Airport Authority Act 1966, s.9(1)(ff) and the powers thereunder to make bylaws relating to lost property and the disposal of such property at auction.
Included in the scope of my request are any complaints in submissions about the obligation on Airport Authorities to advertise lost property auctions in local newspapers or suggestions in submissions that this obligation to advertise lost property auctions in local newspapers either be removed from the legislation or amended.
