Kumeu College progress
Marcus Cook made this Official Information request to Erica Stanford
This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Marcus Cook to read recent responses and update the status.
From: Marcus Cook
Dear Minister,
As you are no doubt aware, land negotiations for a high school in North-West Auckland (known as Kumeu College) have been ongoing for some time.
I understand two parcels of land are required, and the first has yet to be secured, despite the passage of over two years since the Ministry commenced negotiations (per previous OIA response).
With this in mind, could you please provide all correspondence with Ministry officials around the use of the Public Works Act for this site.
Yours faithfully,
Marcus Cook
