I am following up on a request from another person that they have not provided the additional information you requested. Hopefully my refinement below will enable you to provide this information.
How many reports and complaints have been made about staff engaging in bullying and/or inappropriate behaviour in the last 12 months and each of the two prior 12 month periods? This should include ELT and their respective business units.
How many payments have been made to staff under a settlement agreement in the last 12 months and each of the 2 prior 12 month periods? This should include ELT and their respective business units.
How many staff have been spoken to in relation to their behaviour? This should include ELT and their respective business units.
