I noted Financial Advisers Disciplinary Committee had a website which
publish the decisions.

May I kindly ask if all decisions are published? The most recent one is
[2020] FADC 010, which is 3 years ago. If not, may I kindly ask you to
actively publish them to your website to ensure public transparency. Also,
to give a push, I would also like to request all the decision (legally
allow for publishing) made by the Committee from today to 30 March 2021.
 
We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible, and no
later than 29/10/2024, being 20 working days after the day your request
was received. If we are unable to respond to your request by then, we will
notify you of an extension of that timeframe. If you have any enquiries
