    Dear Health New Zealand,
Te Whatu Ora (formerly Canterbury DHB) advises patients that "Ministry of Health criteria for Special Authority application of stimulant medication requires a recent random urinary drug screen if stimulant medication is seen as the appropriate treatment."
Please provide these criteria in full. I was unable to locate it.
